These terms apply to anyone using The Base. Accounts are created by the administrator: there is no public sign-up.

What The Base is

A dashboard with artificial intelligence agents that prepare drafts and reports for a store: candidate products, unpublished pages, paused campaigns, order reviews and call lists. You decide what is published, what is spent and what is sent.

No promise of results

The Base does not promise sales, income or profit. Results depend on your product, your budget, the platforms and the market. The agents can make mistakes: check what you approve.

Your responsibilities

• What you publish, advertise and sell, including claims about your products and compliance with Colombian consumer law.
• Following the rules of the platforms you connect (Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, Telegram and others).
• The costs of your own accounts: ads, store and third-party services are charged to your account with each provider.
• Handling your customers' data under Law 1581 and keeping your keys and password safe.

Not allowed

• Using the service for fraud, deceiving consumers or prohibited products.
• Trying to access someone else's workspace or to get around approvals.
• Copying, reselling or extracting the system's internal instructions.

Availability and changes

The service is in development and may change or be interrupted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If they change in an important way, we will tell you inside The Base.

Liability

The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, The Base is not liable for lost sales or ad budget, or for the actions of third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Colombia.
