The Base is a dashboard where artificial intelligence agents prepare daily work for a cash-on-delivery dropshipping store. This page explains what data it uses, what for, and what you can ask about it. We apply Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
What data The Base uses
- Your account: email, name, language and password (stored only as a hash). If you sign in with Google, also your Google account identifier and email.
- The accounts you connect: keys and permissions for services such as Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, Telegram, Dropi, LucidBot, Lucid Sales, OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Your business data: products, draft pages, campaigns, ad metrics, costs and reports.
- Your store's order data: to review an order, the system reads the customer's name, phone, address and chat in Lucid Sales and Dropi.
Your customers' data
Your customers' personal data is used only in memory, during the order review. What is stored is the order number, the product, figures and reasons.
Reports, spreadsheets, logs and Telegram messages do not carry customer names, phones or addresses. The call list has the order number, the delivery issue, the carrier, the date and a link; the customer's details stay in Lucid Sales or Dropi, behind your login.
For your customers' data, you are the data controller and The Base acts as a processor: it uses that data only for the review you turn on.
How it is protected
- Isolation: each account has its own workspace, with its own container and storage. One workspace cannot read another's data.
- Encrypted keys: the keys you connect are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). They are typed once and the screen never shows them in full again.
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and the server.
- Actions involving money, publishing and changes to your live store wait for your approval.
Who it is shared with
The Base does not sell your data or use it for advertising. It only goes to the services you connect, when needed for the work you asked for: for example, creating a campaign draft on Meta or TikTok, a product on Shopify, a sheet on Google or an image with OpenAI. The agents run on Anthropic models. Each service handles that data under its own policy.
Google data
The Base asks for Google's drive.file permission: it only sees files the application itself creates or that you open with it, such as the reports sheet and the creatives folders. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TikTok and Meta data
With your authorization, The Base reads your ad accounts' metrics and creates campaigns as drafts or paused. Publishing them and spending budget need your approval. You can withdraw the permission from the connections page or from the platform.
How long it is kept
Your workspace data is kept while your account exists. If you ask to delete it, the workspace is erased and its backups are gone within 14 days.
Your rights
Under Law 1581 you can access, update, correct and delete your data, ask for proof of your authorization, revoke it, and complain to Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. If a customer of your store writes to us, we will pass the request on to you, because you are the controller of that data.
